Welcome! As a chiropractor for over 30 years, I use a range of chiropractic adjustment/manipulation techniques:
. manual hands-on adjusting (diversified)
. low force mobilization (gentle manipulation, no popping sounds)
. drop table adjusting (the table assists in the adjustment)
I always begin by looking at posture and movement. Those are sometimes my biggest clues.
I treat any moving part of the body that hurts or isn’t moving as well as it should. This includes joints, muscles, tendons, nerves, and fascia. I will work not only with your spine but with any and all extremity joints or areas that need it.
Chiropractic adjustments are very effective at decreasing pain and increasing mobility, but once the pain is manageable, it’s important to begin physical rehabilitation. This includes corrective exercises, changing your faulty movement or sitting patterns, and more.
